On August 19, 2025, the City of Kissimmee entered into a Master Development Agreement with Azure Hotel International, Inc. for the development of a 10-story, 300-room hotel and a 45,000 square foot convention center in downtown Kissimmee. This is the first public-private partnership of its kind in the city's history, representing a total estimated investment of $183.8 million.
